An elegant club where they exist. The Metropolitan Club is the crème de la crème of the gyms in Barcelona. With more classes than you can attend, this gym's answer to crossfit is CrossMet. Using the same principle (the proof is in the class name) these sessions focus on cardio and resistance exercises for high intensity classes. Get ready for shoelaces!

Time Out Magazine

Go to the gym without laziness. This gymnasium of the Metropolitan chain is a modern, spacious and luxurious complex, and the huge water area is the main attraction (much better than spinning bikes, right?). The male and female changing rooms you will find a whirlpool, a Turkish bath and a sauna, but in the common area there is a pool with thermoludic effects, sauna with indoor TV, whirlpool, hammam, bithermal and steam shower and fountain of ice, all this apart from the two pools. They offer beauty and relaxation treatments and the roof of the building is a natural solarium with views of the Sagrada Familia.

I have already told you on many occasions how much I like to train. For more than a year it has become part of my weekly routine, and the Metropolitan gyms have also become part of it, which as you know are all over Spain. When I travel to Vigo to see my family, the gym is waiting for me, when I travel to Barcelona for work or to see my boy, there I have infinite options to train.
